The State of Texas has a fee schedule, outlining the maximum fees allowed for notarial services.
Please note that there are additional fees associated with your appointment.

Printing
(Optional)
We charge based on total time for the appointment. Same day appointments start at $25.
Total time consists of:

How long travel is to and from appointment

How long the total appointment takes once arrived
Time charge: $10 per every 15 mintues
Ex: Appointment takes 30 minutes travel round trip + 15 minutes for appointment.
Total time charge: $30
We are a traveling notary service available 7 days a week. In order to better serve local areas, we charge a mileage fee that is added to the appointment total.
Mileage charge: $1 per mile
Ex: Appointment is 10 miles away.
Total mileage charge: $20
We have printers available, and are happy to print your documents prior to your appointment. If you choose this service your notary will bring these documents to your appointment.
Printing charge(s):
$.50/page up to 5 pages
$.75/page for the next pages 6-10
$1/page for the next 10+ pages
Ex: 12 pages have been requested to be printed.
Total print charge: $4
The State of Texas sets maximum fees for notarial services.
Notarial services can be defined as services that directly relate to the notary performing their duties of verification, placing of official stamps and providing their signature.
Please refer to this fee schedule to understand what you can expect to pay for your documents to be notarized.
Note that individual, separate documents are to be billed per document set.
